Foundation wine training

This two days wine training provides basic product knowledge and skills needed in the service and sale of wine. The training is an entry level providing a straightforward introduction to wine. It is ideal for boosting the confidence of new or inexperienced staff in the hospitality and restaurant business. Foundation level will introduce staff, at a very basic level, to the main styles of wine available, wine production, wine producing regions in Bulgaria, main grape varieties used for wine production, wine producing regions by country, wine tasting, wine service and the matching of food and wine.
